My art practice primarily consists of mixed media and embraces intuition, play, and experimentation through a variety of materials like paper, paint, cardboard, sawdust, sand, and found objects. I layer the different stages of my paintings to express depth and highlight their evolving nature. Inspired by my childhood drawings, I explore the theme of the house by examining its shapes, planes, and lines, while reflecting on the complex emotions tied to our living spaces, such as comfort and anxiety. Additionally, I co-lead Art Jam Collaborative, a performance art project that merges improvisational painting and sound.
